Retailers are running July 4 promotions shortly after Prime Day, leaving some tech and outdoor deals available in the week before the holiday. The Verge reported that Best Buy has a July 4 sale, REI is discounting outdoor gear through the week, and some Apple products remain at pre-price-hike levels.

The timing is unusual, according to The Verge, because July 4 sales often arrive before a mid-July Prime Day. This year, Prime Day has already ended, but several discounts on gadgets, gaming gear and travel accessories are still live.

Apple, mobile and charging deals

The Verge highlighted a Baseus AM52 power bank at Amazon for $43 with the code THEVERGECODE through June 30. The 10,000mAh Qi2 battery normally lists for $80 and includes a built-in USB-C cable and a MagSafe-ready magnetic surface, according to The Verge.

Best Buy is selling the last-generation 11-inch iPad Air with Apple’s M3 chip for $499, down from $749, according to The Verge. The deal applies to the 128GB Wi-Fi and LTE model, which The Verge said comes in dark gray, blue, purple and a cream-colored “starlight” finish.

Apple’s second-generation AirTags are also discounted, according to The Verge. A four-pack is $89 at Amazon and Best Buy, down from $99, while Costco has a five-pack for $100.

For phones, The Verge listed the unlocked Motorola Razr 2025 at $500 at Best Buy, down from $700. Amazon has the same phone for $550, according to The Verge.

Gaming, TV and accessory discounts

Best Buy is offering the Asus ROG Falcata keyboard for $215, down from $350, according to The Verge. The gaming keyboard includes wired and wireless connectivity, a split ergonomic design and Hall effect customization.

The Verge also pointed to the LG C5 OLED TV at $1,100 for the 65-inch model at Amazon and Best Buy. The TV lists for $2,700 and includes a 120Hz panel, four HDMI 2.1 ports and support for AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync, according to The Verge.

Gaming accessories make up another part of the sale list. The OhSnap MCON mobile controller is $100 at Best Buy, down from $150, while OhSnap lists it at $130, according to The Verge. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset is $250 at Amazon and Best Buy, compared with $300 at SteelSeries and a $350 list price.

For Nintendo Switch 2 owners, The Verge reported that Samsung’s Nintendo-branded 256GB microSD Express card is $39 at Walmart. GameStop and Best Buy have it for $40.

Outdoor gear is included

The Verge said REI’s sale includes outdoor equipment, while Amazon has the Osprey Poco Child Carrier for $277, down from $399. REI and Osprey list the carrier at $300, according to The Verge.

The Osprey carrier includes a built-in sunshade and rain protector, according to The Verge. The publication said it plans to keep updating its July 4 deals list as more notable discounts appear.
