Apple’s second-generation AirTag four-pack is back near its lowest price, with Amazon, Target and Costco offering current deals.

An AirTag 4 pack deal has brought Apple’s second-generation item trackers back to $89 at Amazon, according to The Verge. Target is listing the four-pack at $89.99, while Costco is offering members a bundle that includes a fifth AirTag at no added cost, The Verge reported.
The discount matters for iPhone users who want several trackers for bags, keys or luggage without buying them one at a time. The Verge said the Amazon price is $10 below the regular $99 four-pack price and matches the bundle’s lowest price to date.
Where is the AirTag 4 pack deal available?
Amazon is selling the second-generation Apple AirTag four-pack for $89, according to the deal listing cited by The Verge. Target’s listing shows the same four-pack at $89.99.
Costco’s member deal is structured differently: The Verge reported that Costco is bundling an extra single AirTag with the four-pack, giving buyers five trackers total. The report did not list a separate Costco price for that bundle.
The Verge also noted that a Tile tracker deal remains available at Amazon, but said it recommends Apple’s latest AirTag for iPhone owners. That recommendation is tied to how closely AirTag works with Apple’s Find My system and newer Apple hardware.
What does the second-generation AirTag add?
The second-generation AirTag uses Apple’s latest ultra wideband chip, according to The Verge. That chip supports Precision Finding, a Find My app feature that shows arrows and distance information to help guide users toward a misplaced item.
The Verge said other Bluetooth trackers can use Apple’s Find My network, but do not combine that access with Apple’s newest ultra wideband chip. The report said the newer AirTag’s upgraded chip and longer Bluetooth range make locating a tag faster and more dependable, including in homes with more than one floor.
Precision Finding can also work from an Apple Watch, according to The Verge, if the watch is a Series 9 or later model. The second-generation tracker also has a louder built-in speaker than before, which can help users find it by sound when app guidance is not enough.
Why travelers may care
The second-generation AirTag keeps several travel-focused features from Apple’s tracker line, The Verge reported. AirTag sharing lets as many as five people monitor the same item, which can be useful for shared luggage or family gear.
Apple’s Share Item Location feature can temporarily share an AirTag’s location with participating airlines, according to The Verge. The report named United, Delta and American Airlines among the airlines that participate.
The tracker still does not include a built-in lanyard hole, The Verge noted, so buyers who want to attach it to keys or a bag may need a separate loop or holder. It continues to use a replaceable CR2032 battery, meaning the tracker itself does not have to be replaced when the battery runs out.
