Remarkable Paper Pro bundle refurbished deal drops to $449.99

Woot is selling a refurbished Remarkable Paper Pro bundle for $449.99 through July 31, cutting the cost of one of Remarkable’s higher-end digital notebooks. The deal matters because the package includes accessories that raise the value well beyond the tablet’s usual standalone price.
According to Woot’s listing, the bundle includes the Remarkable Paper Pro tablet, a Marker Plus stylus and a Book Folio cover. The Verge reported that the Paper Pro normally sells for $629 by itself, while this refurbished package is $368 less than buying the same items new.
Remarkable also sells the same refurbished bundle through its own store for $649, according to the company’s refurbished product page. The trade-off is warranty coverage: Remarkable includes a one-year warranty, while Woot lists a 90-day warranty for its offer.
What is included in the Remarkable Paper Pro bundle?
The Woot bundle includes the 11.8-inch Remarkable Paper Pro, the Marker Plus stylus and a Book Folio case. It does not include the Type Folio keyboard, which Remarkable sells separately for $229 and which the Paper Pro supports.
The Paper Pro is designed as a writing-first tablet with a color display and a paper-like feel, according to The Verge. It differs from Remarkable’s Paper Pure, a monochrome model that The Verge says is Remarkable’s latest tablet and retails for $399, by adding an adjustable front light for use in darker settings.
Remarkable’s software lets users sort notebooks with folders and tags, write on PDF files and turn handwritten notes into typed text, The Verge reported. The publication also said the device supports basic drawing tools such as layers and shading, though it described the iPad Pro as the stronger choice for people focused on serious drawing.
The Paper Pro’s color screen is aimed at productivity work rather than entertainment, according to The Verge’s review coverage. The device is positioned for tasks such as reviewing slide decks, marking up reports, editing text and keeping notes separated by color.
