Outbound Sales Pro has reached its 10th five-star review on G2 and says it holds a 5.0 rating on the business software and services review platform. The Outbound Sales Pro G2 milestone gives buyers another data point as they assess outsourced sales support instead of adding sales development representative headcount.
The agency, also known as OSP, works with B2B companies on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Its service covers cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, with the goal of booking qualified sales meetings for clients.
What is Outbound Sales Pro?
Outbound Sales Pro is a B2B outbound sales agency founded in 2022. It runs prospecting, outreach and pipeline-development programs for companies that want outbound sales capacity without hiring and training an internal SDR team.
That places OSP in a crowded but durable segment of the sales services market. Many companies use outside agencies to test new markets, add prospecting capacity or keep account executives focused on closing rather than early-stage outreach.
Founder and CEO Eric Gordon framed the G2 total as a customer-retention and referral signal, saying the 10 reviews represent 10 teams willing to recommend the firm. He said OSP competes on consistent execution, including dialing, message testing and follow-up, rather than on being the lowest-cost provider.
Why does the G2 rating matter?
G2 reviews are commonly used by software and services buyers as part of vendor research. A 5.0 rating, if maintained as review volume grows, can help an agency stand out when revenue leaders compare appointment-setting firms and other outsourced sales options.
OSP described the reviewers as revenue leaders from multiple industries who use the agency to create sales pipeline without adding employees. In one G2 review highlighted by the company, Tyrin H. wrote that meetings appeared on the calendar, prospects arrived warm and the team did not need to be chased for updates.
The customer-satisfaction update also sharpens OSP’s positioning as an outsourced B2B pipeline development service for companies that want outbound activity but do not want to build a full in-house function. For buyers, the practical question remains whether an outside team can deliver the meeting quality, reporting rhythm and market knowledge their sales process requires.
