Locks Around the Clock has moved into a larger Palm Desert headquarters as the locksmith business works to meet 24/7 service demand across the Coachella Valley. The company also rolled out a redesigned website intended to make service information and assistance requests easier for customers to find.

The relocation puts the company in an expanded facility in Palm Desert, where it can support residential, commercial and automotive locksmith operations. Locks Around the Clock serves all 11 cities in the Coachella Valley, according to the company.

The move is a local capacity play for a service business built around urgent calls. Locksmith customers often need help outside standard business hours, whether they are locked out, replacing keys or addressing security needs at a home, vehicle or workplace.

Why did Locks Around the Clock move in Palm Desert?

Locks Around the Clock said the larger headquarters is meant to accommodate growth and help the company respond to rising locksmith demand in the region. Rob Ashton, a company spokesperson, described the relocation and website launch as milestones tied to serving more customers across the Coachella Valley.

The company says the expanded location will support its round-the-clock service model and its use of licensed technicians. It also points to fast response times and transparent pricing as parts of its customer-service approach.

The announcement does not include staffing figures, the size of the new facility or the cost of the move. The company framed the relocation as an operations upgrade rather than a change in its core service mix.

Website refresh focuses on customer access

Alongside the headquarters move, Locks Around the Clock launched a redesigned customer-service website with updated functionality and a revised interface. The site is built to help visitors review service categories, request help and contact the company.

For a locksmith business, online access can affect how quickly a customer turns a problem into a service call. The company’s Palm Desert locksmith services website now sits alongside the expanded headquarters as part of the same customer-access push.

Ashton said the new headquarters and website are intended to improve operations and customer engagement. The company expects the added capacity and online changes to help it continue serving Coachella Valley customers as demand grows.

Locks Around the Clock remains focused on residential, commercial and automotive locksmith work, with 24/7 availability as a central part of its offering. The expansion gives the Palm Desert-based business more room to support that model while maintaining service across the wider valley.
