Mr. Handyman of Keller, Roanoke and Alliance says it has passed 1,000 Google reviews while holding a 4.9-star rating, giving the local franchise a visible trust marker in a crowded home-repair market. For homeowners and small businesses, online reviews often serve as a first screen for contractors who will enter homes, handle repairs and work around operating schedules.

The family-run business has operated since November 2005 and serves a stretch of North Texas that includes Keller, Roanoke and Alliance. Its announcement comes as the company positions reliability, licensing and insurance as selling points against smaller or less formal handyman operators.

The franchise handles general home repair, installation and maintenance work. Its listed services include door repair and installation, tile work, siding projects, drywall repair, carpentry, painting and routine maintenance tasks.

Owner Cindy Parks-Talley said customers often come to the business after poor experiences with contractors who missed appointments, failed to finish work or did not communicate well. She said the company’s review count reflects demand for tradespeople who arrive as scheduled and complete assigned jobs.

Home-service companies compete in a category where repeat work and referrals carry weight. A repair job may be small compared with a remodeling contract, but missed appointments or unfinished work can disrupt households and businesses, especially when the task involves doors, walls, flooring or exterior repairs.

The company says its craftsmen average more than 10 years of experience in the repair trades. Technicians wear uniforms, drive marked vehicles and undergo background checks, according to the franchise.

The business also says it carries licensing and insurance coverage, including general liability and workers’ compensation. Those details can matter to customers weighing whether a contractor is prepared for property damage, job-site injuries or follow-up issues.

Alongside residential work, the franchise serves commercial customers that need repairs and maintenance. Dave Agnew, commercial development manager, said business clients rely on contractors who can limit downtime and complete work without repeated follow-up.

The service territory extends beyond the three communities in its name. The business lists Saginaw, Argyle, North Richland Hills, Justin, Trophy Club, Fort Worth, Haslet, Watauga and Westlake among the areas it covers.

As a locally owned franchise, the business operates under the Neighborly brand’s Done Right Promise, which the company describes as a workmanship and satisfaction guarantee. The franchise also cites an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, an Angie’s List Super Service Award and HomeAdvisor Elite Service status.

The review milestone gives the company another way to market its Keller-area handyman services as the spring home-improvement season approaches. For the local repair market, the number also shows how much customer feedback now shapes competition among home-service providers.
