InboxAlly has passed 100 verified customer reviews across G2 and Trustpilot, giving the SaaS email deliverability vendor a new third-party proof point in marketing technology. InboxAlly customer reviews average above 4.6 stars across those platforms, the company said, including a 4.8-star TrustScore on Trustpilot.
The milestone matters for a business that sells software tied to email performance, where buyers often look for outside signals before trusting a vendor with sender reputation and campaign results. G2 and Trustpilot are business and software review platforms that screen submissions for authenticity, according to InboxAlly.
What do InboxAlly customer reviews show?
InboxAlly said reviewers commonly point to three areas: deliverability improvements, customer support and ease of use. The company said users include email marketing agencies, cold email senders and enterprise senders.
Email deliverability tools are built to help senders improve the odds that messages reach inboxes rather than spam folders. For a SaaS provider in that category, a large base of third-party reviews can influence how prospective buyers judge risk, support quality and likely results.
According to InboxAlly, reviewers have reported better open rates, engagement and inbox placement, with some noting gains during the first weeks of using its email warmup tool. The company also said reviews include examples of senders recovering from spam-folder placement.
Customer support is another recurring theme in the reviews, the company said. InboxAlly says each plan includes a dedicated customer success manager, and reviewers have cited fast responses and named individual team members in five-star reviews.
The platform is designed to work with a sender’s existing email service provider, without requiring a switch to a different email stack. That compatibility is part of how InboxAlly positions its email deliverability platform for senders that already rely on other marketing or sales tools.
Vivian Bastos, a spokesperson for InboxAlly, said the review count is meaningful to the company because the feedback comes from customers rather than paid endorsements. Bastos said the reviews reflect customers who saw results and chose to describe their experience publicly.
The review milestone follows other recognition cited by InboxAlly. The company said it was named a High Performer in G2’s Winter 2026 Reports, won Business Intelligence Group’s 2026 Sales and Marketing Excellence Award, known as The Sammy, in the Email and Marketing Automation category, and was a finalist at The 2026 SaaS Awards in two categories: Most Innovative SaaS Solution and Best SaaS Solution for Sales, Marketing or CRM.
For InboxAlly, the 100-review mark adds a measurable trust signal at a time when email software buyers are weighing tools not only on features, but also on evidence from other users. The company is using the milestone to reinforce its position with agencies, cold email teams and larger senders that depend on consistent inbox placement.
