Eat Sleep Launch Repeat consulting is adding two published-price hospitality advisory lines aimed at tour operators and high-end short-term rental owners. The Flagstaff, Arizona, firm is pitching the services to small operators that want defined projects rather than open-ended retainers.

The new offerings cover Tour and Experience Consulting for tour and activity companies nationwide and Luxury Rental Readiness for homes seeking to compete at the $1,000-plus-a-night tier. The firm also released the Experience Scorecard, a free 10-question self-assessment for tour operators that does not require an email address.

What does Eat Sleep Launch Repeat consulting cost?

The tour consulting practice has three listed tiers. Experience First Look costs $750 and is handled remotely through a review of an operator’s listings, photos, guest reviews, pricing and online travel agency presence.

Mystery Shop starts at $1,500, plus tickets and travel, with the firm booking and taking the client’s tour as paying guests. Experience Build starts at $5,000 and can reach $10,000 depending on scope; that tier covers a hands-on redesign with the operator’s team, including script work, pricing and a re-shop before the season.

Each engagement is set up with a defined endpoint and no retainer to renew. The practice focuses on five parts of a tour product: the guest arc, reviews, distribution, pricing and differentiation.

What is luxury rental readiness?

Luxury Rental Readiness is an independent evaluation for short-term vacation rentals charging $1,000 or more per night, including homes preparing for Airbnb Luxe consideration. Eat Sleep Launch Repeat says it assesses homes against published luxury standards and verifies findings through real multi-night stays.

The rental practice starts with a $750 remote First Look. In-home immersion stays and fuller readiness projects are quoted based on dates, and the firm says it is not affiliated with Airbnb or involved in any platform’s home-selection decisions.

The launch puts published-price hospitality consulting for tour operators and luxury rentals into a category where many small businesses typically see custom proposals, monthly retainers or agency-style service bundles. For owner-led operators, posted entry prices can make it easier to compare outside help before committing staff time or budget.

Founder’s tour experience backs the new services

The new practices draw on founder Nick Jones’s operating background in Arizona tourism. Jones co-founded Freaky Foot Tours, a mother-and-son walking tour company with operations in Flagstaff, Prescott and Tucson.

Freaky Foot Tours has guided more than 30,000 guests and has more than 1,700 verified guest reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, Viator and other platforms, according to Eat Sleep Launch Repeat. The company also points to three Best of Flagstaff wins in the Guided Tour Company category listed by Discover Flagstaff, and Jones was named to the Arizona Daily Sun’s 20 Under 40.

Jones said the services are based on his decade of work building and revising tours, with projects designed to leave owners with systems they can keep using after the engagement ends.

Eat Sleep Launch Repeat was founded in 2020 in Flagstaff and serves owner-led businesses across the United States remotely. Its existing operating-partner services include fractional marketing leadership, process documentation, AI integration, project management, culture alignment and leadership training.
