Lululemon has hired former Athleta CEO Maggie Gauger as president and chief product officer, creating a new role centered on product leadership. The lululemon hires Maggie Gauger move also leaves Gap-owned Athleta with its chief marketing officer, Erika Everett, overseeing the brand CEO role in the interim.
Gauger is due to start Oct. 26, Bloomberg reported. Lululemon said the appointment would take effect later in October.
