Medicube’s Booster Pro X2 skin care device is selling for $220 on Amazon, down from $299, a 26% discount, according to NBC Selected and the Amazon listing it cited. The markdown gives shoppers a lower entry price on a new K-beauty device that NBC Selected said reached Amazon in June after launching in March.

NBC Selected said it used price-tracking tools including CamelCamelCamel to confirm the Amazon price is the lowest yet for the product on that marketplace. The same device was listed by NBC Selected at YesStyle for $258.90, reduced from $299, or 13% off.

What the device does

The Booster Pro X2 is an updated version of Medicube’s earlier Booster Pro, according to NBC Selected. Medicube says the newer model has seven modes and six intensity settings, compared with six modes on the prior version.

According to Medicube, the device combines microcurrent technology with LED light therapy. The brand says its Air Shot Mode is intended to improve the appearance of pores, Booster Mode is aimed at radiance and MC Mode is designed to support skin elasticity.

Medicube also says the Booster Pro X2 has twice the power output of the original device and includes a Dual Mode that allows two modes to run together. NBC Selected reported that the device can be used with serums and sheet masks, including Medicube’s PDRN Pink Peptide Serum Mask, through a Mask Mode that the brand says helps products absorb.

The device can connect to the Medicube app, according to NBC Selected. The app allows users to adjust sound and intensity settings and offers personalized treatment guidance through an AI Mode, NBC Selected reported.

Other Medicube discounts

NBC Selected also highlighted several Medicube products on sale at Amazon. The outlet listed the PDRN Pink Peptide Toner at 46% off and the No Cast, Just Glow Collagen Sunscreen at 41% off.

  • Medicube Zero Pore Pads were listed at 39% off, according to NBC Selected.
  • Medicube One Day Exosome Shot 2000 was listed at 35% off, according to NBC Selected.
  • Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream was listed at 34% off, according to NBC Selected.

NBC Selected said the Booster Pro X2 has a 4.6-star average rating on Amazon and described the device as suitable for all skin types. The outlet also noted that Medicube spokesperson Olandria Carthen, a season seven cast member of “Love Island USA,” recently posted about using the device.

NBC Selected independently chooses products to cover and says it may earn a commission when readers buy through its links. The outlet attributed the pricing and product details to retailer listings, Medicube and its own price checks.
