WhipNash has added a Wounded Warrior Project focus to its nationwide Hummer EV giveaway, tying the prize campaign to support for wounded veterans and their families. The Nashville luxury-vehicle company says an unspecified portion of applicable campaign proceeds will go to three organizations, but it has not disclosed a dollar amount, percentage or allocation.
The Aug. 12 announcement places Wounded Warrior Project alongside the ASPCA and The Luke Alan Foundation as recipients of the charitable arrangement. WhipNash launched the giveaway in July as part of its entry into the Nashville vehicle-rental market.
What does the WhipNash Hummer EV giveaway support?
The campaign’s stated charitable component covers all three organizations collectively, rather than a separate announced contribution to Wounded Warrior Project. WhipNash says the arrangement is intended to draw attention to veterans and families whose needs can continue after military service ends.
Wounded Warrior Project serves post-9/11 wounded, ill and injured veterans, service members and their families. Its services include mental-health and physical-wellness programs, financial readiness, career development, peer connection, benefits assistance, independence support and family services, according to the announcement.
The organization is not listed as a sponsor, administrator or endorser of the sweepstakes unless separately identified, WhipNash said. That distinction means the campaign’s support designation does not by itself make the charity responsible for operating the giveaway.
What is the prize and how does entry work?
The grand prize in the Hummer EV giveaway for Nashville is a 2025 GMC Hummer EV and a trip to Nashville. Eligible participants may receive entries through qualifying purchases, while limited-time promotions can change entry totals.
No purchase is required to enter or win, and a free alternative method of entry is available. The company says its Official Rules govern eligibility, deadlines, purchase requirements, entry calculations and limits.
Those rules, as described in the announcement, are the key consumer document for participants. The announcement does not give the giveaway’s specific dates, eligibility standards, free-entry procedure, odds, prize value or the amount that may be directed to the supported organizations.
WhipNash framed the Wounded Warrior Project spotlight around continued support for veterans and the relatives and caregivers who assist them. The company said its campaign is meant to recognize service beyond ceremonial occasions while offering one eligible winner the vehicle prize.
