TJS Cognition Ltd has launched Front Seat Conversion, a leadership and executive-coaching intervention for senior professionals. In an Aug. 3 announcement distributed through GlobeNewswire, the London advisory firm said the offering is intended to help clients turn credibility and opportunities into direct commercial action, including investment discussions, value pricing and ownership of outcomes.
The announcement frames the service around a challenge the company identifies: capable professionals may participate in promising work without making a clear ask, defining the assignment, setting a price or taking visible responsibility for the result. Tony J. Selimi, who developed the intervention, said leaders must make direct requests, establish scope and price their contribution to translate an opportunity into a tangible outcome.
What is Front Seat Conversion leadership coaching?
Front Seat Conversion is TJS Cognition’s stated approach to executive coaching and commercial leadership. It focuses on behavioural and communication patterns that the company says can affect how professionals handle high-stakes opportunities, such as over-explaining, avoiding a commercial request or waiting to act until they feel confident.
The process described in the release combines root-cause diagnosis, behavioural work, nervous-system regulation, values alignment, communication strategy and practical follow-through. Examples of the proposed actions include asking for meetings with decision makers and setting deadlines.
The offering also incorporates the Front Seat Protocol, which the company describes as a framework for recognising and interrupting trauma-driven patterns in thought, decisions and behaviour before consequential conversations. The stated aim is to help participants regulate stress responses before those discussions and communicate with greater clarity and intention.
What does the company say it is designed to do?
TJS Cognition says its Front Seat Conversion executive-coaching approach is designed to help leaders make clearer commercial asks, scope work and explain the value of their services. Those are company-stated objectives; the announcement does not provide outcome data, an independent evaluation or evidence that the intervention produces investment, pricing or revenue results.
The release also refers to Selimi’s other proprietary methods, including the Octagon of Excellence Method, the Unfakeable Code Five-Step Method and the TJS Evolutionary Method: ALARM. It says those methods underpin a separate five-day Climb Greater Heights training retreat.
The release says the company’s methodologies are available through private advisory engagements, executive coaching, leadership-development programmes and immersive retreats. It does not set out the specific format, duration, price, enrolment process, eligibility requirements or dates for Front Seat Conversion itself.
Dr. Pietro Emanuele Garbelli, identified in the release as a clinical lead and healthcare consultant, said the intervention could help professionals turn relationships into a commercial pipeline. That assessment was included as a testimonial in the company announcement.
